If you interacted with Rafaela.ai via the website, WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct or Messenger and wish to request deletion of your data, follow the steps below. This process complies with LGPD/GDPR and Meta’s Data Deletion requirements.

How to request

  • Email (recommended): privacidade@rafaela.ai
  • WhatsApp: +55 11 98421-8920
  • Via Controller (clinic/professional): if your interaction occurred with a client clinic, you may request deletion to the clinic directly; Rafaela.ai will act as Processor and execute upon the Controller’s instructions.

Information we need

  • Your full name and a reply contact;
  • The channel used (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) and approximate date/time of interaction;
  • Your identifier: phone number (WhatsApp), Instagram @handle/ID or Facebook profile;
  • If applicable, the clinic/professional you interacted with.

For your security, we may request identity verification (e.g., validation of your phone number or profile) before executing deletion.

How we process your request

  1. We verify your identity and locate records linked to your number/ID/profile.
  2. We delete/anonymize data in Rafaela.ai systems and, where applicable, in connected processors (e.g., messaging and scheduling providers).
  3. We confirm completion through your request channel.

Timeline: we respond within 15 calendar days or as required by law.

Scope and roles (LGPD/GDPR)

On the website, Rafaela.ai acts as the Controller. For the B2B service, Rafaela.ai acts as a Processor on behalf of the clinic/professional (Controller) under contract and their instructions.
